2. Eco-Friendly Cleaning Standard
GreenMop Studio guarantees the exclusive use of non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products. Our methods are designed to be safe for your family, pets, and the environment. While we strive to achieve the highest level of cleanliness, deeply embedded stains or damages may require specialized restoration services beyond our standard eco-cleaning scope.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We value the time of our clients and our cleaning professionals. Please adhere to our scheduling policies:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to a portion of the scheduled service cost.
- If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed-upon time, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, we ask that you secure all fragile or highly valuable items prior to our arrival. For the safety of our staff and your pets, please inform us of any specific instructions regarding animals in the home.
5. Liability and Limitations
GreenMop Studio is fully insured and committed to treating your home or office with the utmost care. However, our liability for any damages caused during the routine cleaning process is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided or the repair of the item in question, subject to our insurance policies. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or normal wear and tear.
